Land advance to Maltby Court, Lees, Oldham OL4 5EB (FUL/347294/21). Construction of 42 residential properties with associated access, landscaping and ancillary works.

Enough problems with traffic we don’t need anymore.
We have problems crossing the road now without all this
extra traffic.
Have you really thought about the infrastructure and the
damage to the landscape in this part of Lees.
I strongly object to these plans.
The proposed development is as unacceptable as the approval of building of even more houses on Knowls Lane.
The local infrastructure is inadequate for these extensive plans, in relation to Highway Safety in particular. I am a former member of the Oldham Road Safety sub-committee and these plans exceed any attempt to maintain, let alone IMPROVE the local highway safety and security, especially for pedestrians.
Lack of public transport in this vicinity also contravenes our aim of becoming more efficient in respect of the local ecology.
