Just to note, this is an outline planning permission being requested. Anything about the look of the properties, the positioning of windows, and the position of the properties on the site will not be being considered at this planning meeting – I would concentrate your comments on the impact of the housing on the neighbourhood – loss of amenity, traffic issues, and anything else along those lines which would affect you.
